Using Style My Scent

You may use Style My Scent for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for account security and for information you add to your Collection, wishlist, journal, or other saved areas. Style My Scent is not directed to children under 13; if your local law requires a higher minimum age or parental consent, you must meet that requirement.

Fragrance identification and recommendations

Bottle identification, notes, accords, comparisons, performance information, and styling suggestions are informational estimates. Review the confirmed brand, fragrance, concentration, and product type before saving or purchasing. Experiences vary by person, formulation, climate, and application.

Deals and third-party retailers

Prices, availability, tester packaging, shipping, returns, and product condition can change. Purchases occur on third-party retailer websites and are governed by their terms. Style My Scent is not the seller and does not guarantee a retailer transaction. Some retailer links are affiliate links; see the Affiliate Disclosure.

Accounts and cloud sync

Cloud sync is optional. You must provide accurate account information and may not access another person’s account. Device-local and cloud copies can differ while synchronization is pending. Keep your own backup of information that is important to you. You may delete your cloud account through the in-app account controls.

Paid features

Paid Premium features are not currently offered for purchase. If paid features are introduced, price, billing period, renewal or trial terms, cancellation instructions, and any additional purchase terms will be shown before purchase and these Terms will be updated as needed.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with catalog or retailer systems, submit malicious content, scrape protected data, or use the service to violate another party’s rights.

Ownership

Style My Scent branding, software, and original content are protected by applicable law. You retain rights in content you provide and grant the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronize, and display it for requested features.

Service changes and availability

Features and supported retailers may change. The service may occasionally be unavailable. We may suspend abusive or unlawful use and may discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

Disclaimers and liability

Style My Scent is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that fragrance information, recommendations, retailer data, or third-party services will always be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Style My Scent is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or third-party retailer transactions. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms waives non-waivable consumer rights that apply where you live.
